If it’s happening in Berkeley Heights, the Chamber is involved.
Berkeley Heights has many local businesses that participate and give back to the community. Events include the Mt. Carmel Feast in July, the annual Winter Walk around the Holiday Season and much more.
The Chamber is pleased to be a co-sponsor of the Rubber Ducky Festival, which benefits the Berkeley Heights Rotary Club and local Boy Scouts.
In cooperation with Township Mayor and Committee Members, the Chamber sponsors networking and other events to provide an opportunity for all businesses, large and small, to get to know each other and the products they can provide to each other. A liaison to the local governing body has been in place for nearly twenty years, and has resulted in excellent communication between the governing body and the business community.
The Suburban Chambers of Commerce Foundation provides a $1500. scholarship to a graduating senior from Berkeley Heights at Governor Livingston High School.
